The Hush is a medium-firm mattress, rated a 7/10 on the firmness scale. Hush was designed to feel just right - not too soft and not too firm to suit all sleeping positions. The pillow-top creates a cloud-like sensation and the combination of responsive memory foam and the triple-zoned coil system gives you the reassurance of being supported where you need it most.

Douglas mattresses are made with Canadian-built foams and fabrics. Three layers of high-quality foam:

• The top 2" comfort layer is made of ecoLight™ cooling gel foam
• The middle 2" layer is made of Elastex™ foam
• The bottom 6" support foam isolates movement and provides better edge support
• The washable cover is made from an eco-friendly Natural Eucalyptus Fabric™.

The graphite is a phase-change material, it reacts to your skin and draws heat away from your body, resulting in a cooling sensation. Individually Wrapped Zoned Pocket Coils
The Hush pocket-coil system was built to last 10+ years and supports your body right where you need it, this reduces neck and back pain through proper spinal alignment. Higher gauge coils are used in the middle of the mattress which support your back and torso. Lighter gauge coils are used at the shoulders, head, and feet ease the stress on your neck. The foam perimeter stops you from rolling off the mattress, gives better support when sitting on the edge of the bed, and allows you to sleep on the full width of the mattress.

A washable cover made with Natural Eucalyptus Fabric™. Inspired by the mountains of Western Canada, the CoolSense™ cover draws moisture away, leading to a cool, dry night.

The temperature regulating panel fabric cover is quilted to a bio foam layer infused with gel that makes the pillow top cool-to-the-touch. This top layer of phase-change material reacts to your skin and draws heat away from you through perforated holes, resulting in a cooling sensation. Quilted and bolstered straps make for easy lifting, rotating, and fitting of your sheets.
