The Emma Original mattress is considered a medium-firm mattress. Rated a 5/10 on the firmness scale. It contours your body perfectly alleviating pressure points, as well as distributing your weight evenly. It adapts perfectly to your body shape while your spine stays aligned regardless of whether you are a side sleeper, back sleeper, or stomach sleeper.

The Tuft & Needle Original mattress is medium-firm in feel. It was designed to be universally comfortable and moderately firm, in order to benefit all different types of sleepers regardless of factors such as age, height, weight, or the way you sleep. Douglas mattresses are made with Canadian-built foams and fabrics. Three layers of high-quality foam:

The Purple Premier 3 is made with ultra-high-quality materials engineered for the perfect synergy of durability, luxury, and No Pressure Support:

• 3" Hyper-Elastic Polymer™ material in Puple Grid™. Non-toxic polyethylene copolymer powder coating
• 1" High-density cushioning foam help the transition between layers for optimal comfort
• 7.5" Responsive Support Coils. The gauge of the coils are 13.75 and use 95% recycled steel.

HALO® Memory Foam is both ergonomic and motion isolating. The 3 zones are designed to provide both spinal alignment and the pressure-relieving support for individual body zones, which include the shoulders, back, and hips. Emma UltraDry ® Original Cover
A temperature-regulating breathable cover made from 99% polyester and 1% elastane. The plush cover is moisture-wicking, easy to remove, and washable. The side fabric is 100% polyester and the bottom fabric is 87% polyester and 13% polypropylene.

The Tuft & Needle mattress cover is made with a blend of micro polyamide and polyester. It has a soft and plush feel. Micro polyamide is breathable and durable. It keeps you cool and dries up to 8 times faster than cotton. The mattress cover is resistant to pilling and tearing. The Original mattress cover is not waterproof or removable/washable, so if there are any concerns, we'd recommend using a mattress protector.

Shipping is free to 99% of Canadians. There may be a remote shipping fee to some remote locations. After you order, it usually takes 2-3 business days for your mattress to ship. Delivery can take 1-6 business days after it has shipped, depending on your location.

Our products come to you in 3-5 business days via shipping courier for small parcels (such as pillows and sheets) and various larger parcels like a mattress in a box. Larger parcels (such as mattresses, beds, etc.) are delivered via our own White Glove Delivery. Although we cannot ship to P.O boxes, our White Glove Delivery can even deliver on weekends by request.

The Emma Original Mattress is delivered quickly, free of charge, straight from their warehouse to your door. And if Emma is not for you, they will pick up it up and give you a full refund.

All products include free shipping (additional fees may apply in remote postal codes). Mattresses are sent directly to your doorstep compressed, vacuum-sealed, and packed in a conveniently-sized box. Typically shipped within 1 to 7 business days.
