Anti-microbial knitted cover. This European designed hypoallergenic waterfall cover is not removable or washable. The grey base fabric can be cleaned with a soft, damp and clean cloth using small circular motions. Using a mattress protector could help extend the life of your mattress.

You have a choice between having your Simba mattress delivered via shipping courier or via Sleep Country's White Glove Delivery Service. With their White Glove Delivery Service your mattress will be delivered to your doorstep and placed in your bedroom, while following all COVID-19 safety protocols.

Orders placed before 1pm ET typically ship the same business day (after 1pm ET typicall ship the next business day). Delivery can take 1 to 7 business days. Shipping is free, except to some remote regions.

Our products come to you in 3-5 business days via shipping courier for small parcels (such as pillows and sheets) and various larger parcels like a mattress in a box. Larger parcels (such as mattresses, beds, etc.) are delivered via our own White Glove Delivery. Although we cannot ship to P.O boxes, our White Glove Delivery can even deliver on weekends by request.
