The 2-inch Purple Grid™ layer is ideal for back sleepers and those who prefer a slightly firmer feel to their mattress. This is the firmest of the Purple mattresses.

The Tuft & Needle Mint mattress is medium-firm in feel, but softer than the Tuft & Needle Original. The Mint Mattress is optimised for side-sleepers and is slightly more plush for added pressure relief.

The Tuft & Needle Mint is a 3-layer mattress:

• 3" T&N Adaptive foam
• 2" T&N Adaptive foam with ceramic gel beads
• 6.5" polyurethane base foam.

The Purple Grid™ has thousands of open air channels that feel cool as you lie doown and neutralize your body heat throughout the night so you sleep comfortably all night long.

The Mint has an extra layer of T&N Adaptive® foam for added comfort (when compared to the Original). Infused with cooling ceramic gel and 30% more heat-conducting graphite than our T&N Original Mattress, the Mint offers optimal sleeping temperature throughout the night.

The hyper-elastic polymer gel Grid immediately flexes to support your position and springs back into place as you readjust or move.
The Purple Grid™ is designed to dynamically flex under pressure so it cradles pressure points like your hips and shoulders while still supporting the rest of your body.
A border using high density foam creates reinforced edge support.

Reinforced edges provide support for edge-of-bed sleepers and make it easier to get in and out of bed without disturbing your partner.

When pressure is applied to the ceramic cooling gel beads in the second layer, they stack on top of each other and create a unique cushioning support.

Responsive Support Coils
Individually wrapped stainless steel coils pair with the Grid™ to offer dynamic pressure relief and support. Each coil is wrapped in responsibly sourced premium noise-reducing fabric.
The Purple Grid™ is a flexible gel material that instantly adapts to your body and sleep position, providing soft support where you want it and firm support where you need it. This material is organized in a grid formation, which creates walls that can support or fold, depending on how much pressure it receives. It's durable enough to last decades so you won't develop a body impression. And it buckles under specific pressure, which provides excellent motion isolation so you don't feel someone else move in the bed.

The top layer of the Mint is softer than that of the T&N Original, but with a firmer bottom layer for added edge support. This added third layer, the Mint layer, is designed to reduce motion transfer and provide additional pressure relief and softness. The Mint also has a middle transitional layer to keep you from "bottoming out".

StretchMax Cover
Boasting even more stretch, the soft top material allows you to feel the full benefits of the Purple Grid, while ultra- breathable woven side panels encourage airflow.

Plush-Knit Fabric
A thick, cozy knit cover that remains breathable and includes HeiQ NPJ03 to protect your mattress from odour-causing bacteria that can affect its lifespan.
