We take a 3" piece of high density hybrid foam optimized for our technology, cut out a 2.25" x 2.25" rectangular cylinder, and then encase it in a fabric pocket. Our stretch knit polyester and elastane cover is designed to complement the "tiny mattresses" ability to adjust to personal weight and size. This zip-off removable and washable cover allows access to independently sealed cushions and unmatched cleanliness (vacuum in-between each air channel so you can eliminate dust, bacteria, and allergens).
