As you lie down, your weight is evenly distributed across all the tiny mattresses for a firmer and more supportive feel. The ingenuity of the "tiny mattresses" provide the back support of a firm mattress with plush comfort for a very luxurious feel.

The Zephyr Mattress is made of 5 layers of polyurethane foam:

• Ventilated Viscoelastic Hybrid Foam
• Antimicrobial Foam
• Proprietary Support Frame
• Supportive Foam Base.

Our "Tiny Mattress" technology is the most significant mattress invention in the last 100 years. There is no other mattress on the market that compares to our one-of-a-kind technology and it's GREENGUARD Gold Certified.
We take a 3" piece of high density hybrid foam optimized for our technology, cut out a 2.25" x 2.25" rectangular cylinder, and then encase it in a fabric pocket. We then attach the Cushion Pocket to a .078" high carbon steel pocketed coil spring to create our patented "Cushion Pocket Spring", better known as the "Tiny Mattress". Finally, we combine roughly 700 of these "Tiny Mattresses" to create a mattress that reacts independently to personal weight and size.

Using organic cotton fibers and Nanobionic® Technology, the Zephyr Mattress transforms your natural body heat into regenerating infrared rays. Using GelFlex Plus, our premium memory foam topper is infused with gel particles. It cools you down when you're hot, and warms you up when you're cold.
Breathable Hybrid Foam helps to regulate your body temperature.
Our antimicrobial technology in the Antimicrobial Foam layer helps to reduce bacteria growth, and works as a protective shield against allergies.

Cooling Air Channels
Our individually sealed cushions create air channels with cool and steady airflow management. Contrary to hot and sweaty sheet foam mattresses, you'll sleep undisturbed and awake refreshed the next day.

Targeted Zone Support: Your shoulders and hips need a different level of support, so we've adapted the density of our foam according to these areas of your body. Our foam is softer on the shoulder zone, to reduce the pressure felt from day-to-day activity. The hips and torso zone features firmer foam which provides better alignment for your spine.

Individual Vertebrae Support
The individual suspension system supports each bone (33) in the human spinal column separately. It cradles the body's curves while providing enough firmness for the back's muscular and bony structures. Plus it's Chiropractor Endorsed!

Our Organic Nanobionic cover is made with 88% Polyester, 1% Spandex and 11% Organic Cotton. Using Nanobionic technology paired with organic fibres, the cover redirects your bodies infrared rays to recharge your body faster and more efficiently, resulting in a better quality sleep. The eco friendly material that is grown without pesticides, insecticides, herbicides or other chemicals. This offers a healthy solution to consumers who have allergies, are chemically sensitive or those who prefer a soft, healthy and natural product!

Our stretch knit polyester and elastane cover is designed to complement the "tiny mattresses" ability to adjust to personal weight and size. More specifically, we've integrated a quilted, internal (FR) mattress pad that offers a more plush level of comfort. This zip-off removable and washable cover allows access to independently sealed cushions and unmatched cleanliness (vacuum in-between each air channel so you can eliminate dust, bacteria, and allergens).
